      <title>QA Test Analyst</title>

				We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to be responsible for working with the Business Analyst to review test requirements, develop test plans, test data and expected results necessary to thoroughly test the business requirements for billing system enhancements or new products.  Be part of a team working with one of the leaders in wireless.  The Quality Assurance Analyst works with the environment support team to establish testing environments and resolve issues with the environments before the start and during execution.  The analyst is responsible for executing the test plans to produce actual results, working with the Business Analyst to validate actual test results to expected results and ensure the test requirements are met.  The analyst is also responsible for documenting and resolving testing issues and ensuring software is working while producing a high quality final product out of the test phase to be released into Production.  The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all necessary sign-offs have been achieved, understanding and adhering to test planning and execution guidelines, processes, and standards, improving and documenting the testing process, reporting status of assigned test tasks and issues and escalating issues and risks to project management/team lead as required.  &#xD;
&#xD;
Qualifications  &#xD;
&#xD;
* Experienced in Iterative testing methodology highly preferred  &#xD;
&#xD;
* In-depth understanding of XML file manipulation and transactions and n-tier to DB logic helpful  &#xD;
&#xD;
* Minimum 3 yrs. experience designing, developing and executing test strategies, test plans and test cases  &#xD;
&#xD;
* Three years technical experience with SQL, Oracle and Microsoft Office&#xD;
UNIX experience a plus  &#xD;
&#xD;
* Experience in Web/Windows based testing a must  &#xD;
&#xD;
* College degree in a combined business and/or technical field (preferably IS related)  &#xD;
&#xD;
* Team player with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment  &#xD;
&#xD;
* Flexibility in assigned duties a must  &#xD;
&#xD;
* 40 - 50 hour work week &#xD;
