We are looking for an inside sales specialist to fuel our experienced direct sales operation by identifying, developing and qualifying high margin business opportunities.  This role will drive the early stages of our sales process through prospect selection, cold calling, activity tracking, reporting and scheduling calls for our direct sales team.  Responsibilities will include presenting the value of our services to prospective customers, existing customer for cross-sell opportunities, and campaign follow-up. Responsibilities:&#xD;
* Make outbound prospecting calls to targeted and existing accounts to grow business. Responsible for initial contact and qualification of new business opportunities. Per quarter, must be able to secure appointments for direct sales to visit a new account or new project/division in existing accounts from outbound efforts. &#xD;
*  Responsible for qualification and management of all inbound sales opportunities. &#xD;
*  Accurately maintain all prospect and customer information in Salesforce.com — update notes from asking questions, follow up calls, etc. &#xD;
*  Respond to all inquiries in the same business day. &#xD;
* Maintain current knowledge of company’s service offerings and competitive advantages — ensuring to possess enough knowledge to win deals when selling head to head with competitors. &#xD;

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:&#xD;
* 5+ years B2B technology sales experience, with minimum of 2 years selling technology related services. &#xD;
* Demonstrated success navigating organization structures, buying influencers and purchasing processes.&#xD;

* Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills. &#xD;
