- Propose workable solutions to problems by analyzing business and technical trade-offs among alternatives, and use objective judgment and influence to formulate and drive consensus on recommendations. &#xD;

- Manage projects through their entire life cycle, including: conceptual design, requirements gathering via user story definition, software development and test, deployment to production, and on-going maintenance. &#xD;
- Create, drive and optimize project plans and schedules within and across projects and cross-functional teams. &#xD;
- Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing data or conditions. Assist in planning and ensuring that a project tracks to scope, resources, time to market, and budget constraints. Work diligently to remove roadblocks from team members on a day-to-day basis to ensure their productivity and efficiency. &#xD;
- Anticipate, identify, document, and manage key program risks, proposing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Identify cross-functional dependencies and track and report on their progress. &#xD;
- Assist in ensuring adherence to quality &amp;amp; other relevant standards (e.g. interoperability, architectural compliance, UI guidelines). &#xD;
